Fae Studio Return & Refund Policy
At Fae Studio, each phone case is crafted especially for you once your order is placed — which means we’re unable to offer returns or refunds just because you changed your mind or picked the wrong size. However, if something arrives damaged or not quite right, we’ll absolutely make it right 💕
If Your Case Arrives Damaged
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at faestudiocases@gmail.com with your order number and a few clear photos of the issue — we’ll take it from there!
How Returns Work (If Approved)

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, you'll be asked to send the item back.
Please note: We’re a tiny team and can’t currently offer free return labels. If your return is accepted, return shipping will need to be covered by you.
Important: Don’t send anything back without emailing us first — unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Items We Can’t Accept
We’re unable to offer returns or refunds for:

Personalized/custom designs

Items that have been used or are missing packaging

Sale items or gift cards

Orders where the wrong model/size was selected

Cases you’ve simply changed your mind about
If you made a mistake during checkout, please email us within 10 hours — we’ll try our best to catch it before your case goes into production.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved. If so, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
