Fae Studio Returns & Refunds Policy

All of our phone cases are made to order, meaning each case is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, model, or simply changed your mind.

If your case arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, we are happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund. To request this, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at faestudiocases@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo showing the issue

If multiple items in your order are affected by the same issue, please include a photo or video showing all affected products in one frame.


Important Notes

  • There is no need to return the damaged case.

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method.

  • For printed cases, a small variation in design placement (up to 0.5") is considered normal and not a defect.
